Q. Who installs my PuriTeam water treatment system?

We ship factory direct to you so you can enjoy big savings. You coordinate the installation with your plumber, or if you’re handy and have plumbing knowledge, you can install it yourself.  If you need assistance finding an installer, you can search for an installer here.

We also highly recommend Angie's List for finding a great plumber.  Angie's List uses homeowner-generated reviews, which are very reliable.

Remember, we are always here to support your installation.   Our technical support team is available from 7am PDT until 3:00pm PDT Monday through Friday to help with any questions that might arise during installation.  Be sure to follow all instructions and watch videos prior to your installation so you know what to expect.  We recommend your plumber watch the videos, too.


Q. How long has PuriTeam been in business?

We have been serving customers online since 1998. In 2009 we changed our website name from PuriTec to PuriTeam, but we’re still the same company! We are owned by PureJoy Filtration, LLC.  We are a small team of big water filtration experts here to help you find the best system for your home water filtration needs.


Q. How much is the shipping?

We pay for the shipping for all orders $99.00 and over inside the 48 states (continental U.S).  For orders under $99.00 the freight cost is $9.95. We are happy to ship international with the shipping cost and duties being calculated at checkout.  

For large orders for international export, please contact us at 1-888-491-4100 to discuss your needs. Our water and air filters can be utilized in nearly any country. We will work with you to get the best possible pricing on our U.S. made products.  We provide free freight to a U.S. port and then you will be responsible for export.


Q. Why should I choose you?

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

We usually ship same or next business day -- or at most within 48 business hours. We have factories across the United States to ensure fast transit time. Orders ship UPS Ground and you will receive a tracking number when it is shipped, as long as you have provided us an email address or are registered in the online store.  From time to time, items are on backorder.  We will do our best to notify you of any backorder issues.


Q. What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), Paypal, and personal checks.


Q. Are warranties transferable?

Yes! Absolutely, if you sell your home your PuriTeam system warranty will transfer to the new home owner.  Bottom line, we stand behind our products.
