PuriTeam Guarantee & Return Policy 

PuriTeam guarantees your satisfaction for a full 6 months from the date you place your order. In the unlikely event something is not right (less than 1% of our sales result in a return), call us and we'll make it right.

Should you need to return a product, we will issue a refund for the price you paid less any of our shipping charges incurred, restocking fees, and any referral checks issued. Unused items returned due to a "change of heart" may also be returned with a set 15% restocking fee. We are a factory direct company which means you are responsible for the cost of installation. The cost you pay to your Plumber/Installer is an agreement between yourself and them, not PuriTeam. Not being willing to pay the cost of installation is not a reason for return, we highly recommend that you secure an installation quote from the Plumber of your choice prior to your purchase. 

 

All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee. You must call us toll free at 888-491-4100 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any product or the shipment will be refused. Unused replacement media cannot be returned after 30 days of purchase.

 

Warranty items will be issued a UPS Call Tag, which is a prepaid shipping label and can be picked up by any UPS representative or dropped off at any UPS ship location.  Upon receipt of the call tag, please return the warranty item within 15 business days.  If it is not returned within 15 business days, you will be charged for the warranty item - so please be sure to return it within the 15 business day window.

 

The product must be returned in its original packaging and must be in its original condition, exclusive of filters which may display normal use. This policy extends only to the original purchaser, and does not apply to commercial use, unreasonable use, or to damage to the product as a result of unintended use including water damage. All products must be returned insured as PuriTeam is not responsible for damages incurred shipping. PuriTeam is not responsible for any personal or commercial losses caused by misuse of its products. Returns and subsequent refunds that fall under these exceptions will be at the discretion of PuriTeam.

 

Purchasers are advised that water quality conditions vary by area. Product performance may be affected by these variables, and for optimum performance purchasers should verify prior to ordering that local water quality falls within PuriTeam's recommended specifications. Sales representatives base product recommendations on information provided by customers; if other conditions exist which were not disclosed, additional products may be required to achieve optimum performance of system.

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for adhering to local plumbing codes and ensuring that water pressure does not exceed recommended guidelines. PuriTeam is not responsible for installation and associated costs, nor does PuriTeam offer reimbursements for installation, repair costs or water damage.

15-Day Inspection Policy.  Customer is responsible to inspect all packages and contents within 15 days of receipt.  If any items are missing or damaged, report to us immediately. 

International Orders.  We are happy to ship internationally. Most international orders will ship via UPS within 48 business hours. Some products may take longer than 48 business hours to ship however the Customer is always notified by e-mail with the expected lead time. All shipping costs and duties will be paid for at the time of purchase.  

Free shipping on orders $99.00 or more within the Continental U.S. Only a $10.95 shipping and handling charge applies for orders under $99.00. 

Most Orders Processed & Shipped within 24 hours - Excluding weekends and holidays. We do not guarantee that orders will be processed and shipped from our factories within 24 hours of placing your order. Any product temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.  All orders are charged in full at the time of order placement.  Some items may ship separately.  We will update your tracking details on your online account within 24 hours of shipment.
